Q: How long does delivery take?

Ready Stock: Ships within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Pre-order: Ships within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation (or depending on production schedule)

Q: Do you deliver to all states in Malaysia?
Delivery is available only in West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) at this time.

Q: Will I receive tracking details?
Yes, tracking will be provided once the order is shipped.

Q: Which courier service do you use?
We use J&T Express and SPX Express for selected items. Courier selection will depend on the item size, weight, and delivery location.

Q: Can my order be split or delayed?
In some cases beyond our control like courier delays, urgent issues, or items out of stock, we may contact you to split the order to ensure faster delivery.

Q: Are deliveries slower during holidays?
During peak holiday seasons (Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali, Christmas, etc.), please allow 1–3 extra business days for order processing and delivery.

Q: Are your products ready stock?
Some items are ready stock, while others are available for pre-order. Please refer to product description.

Q: Can I change my order after payment?
Changes are not allowed once order is confirmed, especially for custom-made items.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Ready stock: Subject to approval.
Custom / Pre-order: Strictly non-cancellable.

Q: Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable once order is confirmed, especially for custom items.

Q: What if there is a defect or issue?
Please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the item with photo/video proof.

Q: Why does my order take longer?
Custom production, weather conditions, or logistics may affect timeline.

Q: What are Walk-in Store items?
Walk-in Store items are products available for in-store viewing or self-collection.

Q: Can I purchase Walk-in items online?
No, Walk-in Store items are not available for online purchase. You may place your order via WhatsApp or visit our store to purchase directly.

Q: Can I walk in and buy directly?
Yes, you may walk in and purchase, subject to stock availability.

Q: Are all Walk-in items ready stock?
Not all items are ready stock. Some may require processing or production time.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is required. However, for custom-made orders, we recommend contacting us in advance.

Q: Can I reserve items before visiting?
Yes, reservations are available. Please contact us via WhatsApp in advance. A deposit is required to confirm and secure your item.

Q: Can I arrange my own pickup (e.g. Lalamove)?
Yes, Lalamove pickup is available. Customers must arrange the booking and pay the delivery fee themselves. Pickup can be scheduled once the order is ready.

Q: What are your business hours?
We are open 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday to Thursday.
Closed on Fridays and public holidays.
